(More customer reviews)These are the most expensive staples out there and I only paid the higher price because others who had purchased cheaper staples commented that their cheap staples arrived all broken up as a result of poor packaging. Well guess what, these expensive staples arrived in the the same condition. I don't think there was one stick that was longer than 10 staples when they arrived. When you pack a five lb. box of glued together steel pieces and a heavy staple set in a big box (I could have put at least a dozen boxes of staples in it) with one air pillow to keep things from moving around the result is predictable. The air pollow deflates and the staple box rattles around until it breaks open, spilling all the staples out so the the staple set can beat the sticks into little pieces. On a positive note my money was immediately refunded and Amazon issued a pickup tag so I was not out any money for returning them. The biggest issue I'm facing is that local stores don't carry this size staple so you are stuck with the web for replacements. Beware!! When you purchase your stapler make sure the type of staples it uses are locally available.
