(More customer reviews)Used these with my Bostitch siding nailer. The plastic collation doesn't stay in place like it should and nails come loose from collation too easily. Loading the gun becomes an ordeal in delicacy trying not to disturb any of the nails (it boarders on absurd if you hold the coil at the wrong angle). This causes frequent stops to open up the nailer and realign the nails or adjusting the plastic to feed out properly. Maybe it's my nailer, but I've kept it oiled properly and still the plastic tab by the head of the nail will fold down and cycle out of the exit slot on the nailer; however it will not completely exit. This is what causes the jam. It is fixed simply enough with a light tug or opening up the nailer to advance the nails by hand, but this becomes tiresome. In a roll of 200 I stopped at least 7 times to fix jams. I'll be sticking to the hot dipped wire collated nails I got from [...], never had any jams with them (it works out to a fraction of a cent more but its worth it).
The nails themselves aren't bad I expected a bit more to them being "hot dipped" but they look more like electro galvinized (smoother shank). Other than that they seem to hold up well, when under driven they can be hammered without bending over after one hit or the head breaking off. If you need to pull one the head stays on unlike some others that seem to have a very soft head that snaps or curls off with the least bit of force. I won't recommend due to the jaming, but for a small project like a shed I can put up with them.
