(More customer reviews)I've installed several hardwood floors using a rental hammer and nailer (air assisted). I made the mistake of trying out a dead-blow hammer on one job but that's another story. Don't waste your time. I've invested in a good stapler now, and recently this hammer. It's perfectly designed for the hardwood installation, it has a great feel, and the extra weight in the head helps close gaps. Go with this hammer without any doubts. In my opinion it's the best tool for the job.
